We started St. Bess Jerk to share the food and culture we grew up with in Jamaica. When we came to Burbank, Illinois, we wanted people here to enjoy real Jamaican cooking — full of flavor, history, and heart.

We opened at 4838 West 79th Street to serve classic dishes like jerk chicken, oxtail, and curry goat — all cooked slow and seasoned right. Every recipe comes from tradition, prepared with fresh ingredients and bold spices.
